Northeast: FULL SERVICE SALVAGE/DEMOLITION OF THE HARFORD WASTE-TO-ENERGY FACILITY Qualified companies to provide marketing for salvage/re‐use of process equipment, parts and recyclable materials (through in‐house expertise or a reputable auction firm), and the demolition and removal of the Harford Waste to Energy Facility structures to the foundations (potentially in phases). The selected firm will implement the project strategy, prepare and submit all relevant applications for permits, provide project management (e.g., marketing of the salvaged materials, coordination with the US Army staff and civilian support staff, sampling during demolition, etc.) and prepare documentation and certification of the completed project.
