Leino Park Bridge Replacement Project. On behalf of Leino Park Water District, McCarty Engineering Inc. (MEI) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Leino Park Bridge Replacement Project located at Leino Park Road, Westminster 01473. The scope of the project consists of the demolition and reconstruction of the approximately 100 year old bridge. Demolition shall include the removal and infill of the existing abutments and the removal of existing piles. The proposed bridge will be constructed of wood timber framing and mounted on newly installed timber piles.
