The Town of Wareham, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Wareham Elementary School – Early Enabling Building Demo Project located in 63 Minot Ave., Wareham, MA 02571. The demolition and removal of existing Minot Forest Elementary School shall include removal of existing foundations, installation of construction fence around the existing building, abatement, cutting and capping of all existing utilities, soil erosion and sediment control, and stabilize subgrade around the existing school building. Upon Award, the Work of this Contract for the Wareham Elementary School – Early Enabling Building Demo Project shall be finally complete by September 15, 2019.
