Springfield: On-Call Demolition/Deconstruction of Abandoned Properties. The City of Springfield is soliciting bids for the demolition of abandoned properties throughout the City of Springfield. The work shall involve demolition of various sites to be identified at a future date during the contract period by the City of Springfield. The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting the demolition or deconstruction work; the removal and disposal of all demolition and deconstruction materials and site debris, including any and all hazardous materials identified herein in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. A Hazardous Materials Inspection of the specified buildings will be conducted by the Owner prior to the start of the work for a specific site
