Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation: Former Bartlett Garage Remediation Project at the property known as Bartlett Yard, located at 2565 Washington Street in Roxbury, Massachusetts (the Site). The OWNER is Bartlett Place Land Inc., (BPL) a subsidiary of Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation. The PROJECT includes the abatement of asbestos and hazardous materials, building demolition, environmental remediation and miscellaneous site work. All work must be complete by 180 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. In general, the Base Bid will include general site work, the abatement and demolition of four buildings (Building 1 is ~25,000 SF, Building 2 is ~60,000 sf, Building 3 is ~400 sf, and Building 4 is ~2,000 sf), a Test Pit Program, and hot spot soil excavation and disposal. Based on the results of the Test Pit Program, the Owner may elect to excavate additional soils (Alternate 1) and reuse soils on-Site and/or have limited off-site disposal of soils Bids due 02/19
