The Work envisioned in this Project includes demolition and removal of the entire 1,100 square foot building and 768 square foot attached garage, including the foundation, removal of all demolition debris, removal of hazardous materials (ACM), filling of the foundation hole with acceptable compacted borrow, proper and approved abandonment of the on-site sewage disposal system and final grading of the former building site.
