Milton: Demolition of a portion of the Former Hendries Building owned by the Town of Milton and located at 0 Central Ave., 9,348 square feet of area to be demolished. The Town portion of the building consists of a main roofed area of 6,796 square feet and a tall roofed area of 1,145 square feet. The Town portion of the building is three stories and was built in the 1960s. The Successful Bidder will also remove all demolished material from the Town-owned portion and demolish and remove from the site all demolished material from a collapsed portion for which ownership is unclear and for which the Town has permission of the apparent owner to demolish.
