Town of Ludlow, Ludlow Public Schools: New Chapin Elementary School Project. Work includes construction of a new, 106,000SF, 2- story facility, demolition of existing school, and associated site improvements. The Chapin School Building Committee, through its Pre-Qualification Committee, is pre-qualifying firms interested in providing GC & FSB services on this Public Design-Bid-Build Project through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process.
