Carlisle : Greenough Barn Deconstruction Project. The project is to include the sustainable deconstruction and demolition of the entirety of the Greenough Barn, including the main barn, additions, and appurtenant garages and structures as shown on the Wetland Permitting Plan dated 10/31/22, revised 1/11/23; and pursuant to the 11/17/22 letter from the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program (NHESP) and the 9/25/23 letter from the Carlisle Conservation Foundation (CCF) which conditionally grants access to the site. Deconstruction and demolition shall be subject to a Resource Management Plan that details methods for salvage and reuse of materials, and that meets or exceeds minimum requirements for salvage, reuse, and recycling. Once deconstruction and demolition have been completed, and all materials removed from the site, the site shall be restored in accordance with the requirements of the Carlisle Conservation Commission, the NHESP, and CCF.
