Canton: Water Works Demolition. Demolition, excavation and backfilling to within 4 inch of final grade (including compaction) shall be completed within 90 days of Section 00650 Notice to Proceed. Final grading including the placement of additional loam and seeding shall be completed no sooner than 30 days after backfilling. All work must be completed within 150 days of the Notice to Proceed. The Owner requires that all prices quoted remain valid until the completion of the project.
