The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Abatement of hazardous materials removal, and demolition and disposal of the portable classroom buildings and the removal and disposal of the septic. Site work includes backfilling filling site foundation holes, grading, and planting of grass. The contractor shall be responsible for the disconnection of all utilities from the portable units scheduled to be demolished, including gas, electricity, phone, data, water, and sewer
