The contract resulting from this solicitation will provide for the demolition and abatement of Garyville Apartments which includes 16 total buildings. 12 duplexes are single story buildings and include 6 1-BR duplex buildings, 4 2-BR duplex buildings, 1 4-BR duplex building and 1 3-BR duplex building. There is one single story non-dwelling building. There are 3 two story 3-BR quadraplex buildings. The specific addresses of the buildings to be abated and demolished are: 356-358, 357-359, 360-362, 369-371, 378-380, 384-386, 389-391, 390, 395-397, 396-398, 403-407, 404, 409, and 411-413 Historic East Street Garyville, LA. The successful bidding contractor will be contracted to abate and completely demolish these buildings, slabs, and infrastructure as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications.
