Port of New Orleans: FRANCE ROAD TERMINAL BERTH NO.1 - OFFICE BUILDING DEMOLITION. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment for removal and abatement materials containing Asbestos; as well as, the demolition and removal of structures, foundations, utilities, fixtures, contents, air conditioning/heating units; as well as, relocating and installing water lines, fittings, and septic tank; as well as, installation of temporary and permanent walls, fences, and other structures, earthwork, structural concrete, reinforcing steel , metal building construction; as well as, implementing approved fire prevention, detection, and fighting measures; as well as, performing all work required for the prevention of environmental pollution during and as a result of construction operations except for those set forth in other provisions of the contract documents; as well as, any related and incidental work to the previously mentioned, as per the drawings and specifications provided in this bid document. The site is located on the France Rd. Terminal at the Berth No.1 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Opinion of cost will be provided at bid opening. All Bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents on file with the Port of New Orleans.
