New Orleans: Louisiana Land Trust Demolition and Slab Removal - Bid Package No. 73 IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity). Minimum of 10 properties located in Orleans, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Plaquemines, and Jefferson Parishes. This project consists of the removal and disposal of structures, concrete slab foundations and/or concrete flatworks, removal of hazardous trees, fill and grade to promote proper drainage and all other items identified within the bid package. These items may be assigned in full to a particular property or may be assigned individually to certain properties. This work shall also include all incidental work thereto. The contract term will be six months, with a six-month renewal term by mutual agreement. Some of the structures and slab foundations contain asbestos containing materials (ACMs). Therefore the project also contains the proper handling abatement and disposal of ACMs. Structures that become imminent threats to public health or safety will be included in this project.
