Demo Maintenance Shop Buildings - Project shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the complete demolition of buildings and associated pavements to include all equipment remaining inside and outside the building. Building 4886 consists of 600 square feet. Building 4887 consists of 2,902 square feet. The building may contain asbestos containing materials. Sampling, testing and a survey shall be done to verify location of asbestos present in the facility. If asbestos material is present, an asbestos abatement shall be accomplished by a licensed asbestos abatement contractor trained in the proper removal and disposal of the material encountered per State and Federal regulations. State notification and disposal form shall be forward to the base at the completion of abatement. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Bids due 05/21
