The successful bidder(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to demolish, remove, and dispose of all structures and debris from these properties in accordance with applicable local, state, and Federal requirements. This shall include, but not be limited to removal of the building structure(s), all applicable concrete, foundations, basements, in-ground pools and associated plumbing, piping, mechanical and electrical components, surrounding deck and concrete slabs, abandoned utilities, removal of existing driveway pavement, existing parking area pavement, house walk pavements, garages or sheds, and backfilling, etc. In addition to backfilling, pricing should also include proper compaction of the structure footprint according to the specifications contained within this bid.
