North Oldham Fire Department: On behalf of the North Oldham Fire Department, East & Westbrook Construction will be receiving bids for all scopes of work required to construct a new 8,267sf fire station and demolition of old The new fire station will consist of but not be limited to Building and site demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving & curbs, landscaping, shallow foundations, concrete masonry units, miscellaneous metals, pre-engineered metal building construction and insulation systems, custom casework, aluminum storefronts, overhead doors, interior finishes & painting, doors and door hardware, toilet accessories, storm shelter construction, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage rough-ins, emergency power system, & complete fire alarm system. The proposed 4-bay fire station with living quarters will take the place of the current fire station located at 8615 W Hwy 22, Goshen, KY 40026. Upon completion of the proposed fire station, the existing fire station will be decommissioned and demolished as part of this project’s scope
