Abatement and Demolition of North Campus Housing. The project consists of the abatement of hazardous materials and demolition of five existing facilities on North Campus, to include Boyd Hall, Jewell Hall, Holmes Hall, Keeneland Hall and the Hamilton House. The facilities have a combined area of approximately 234,200 sf. Demolition includes foundations, basements and all utility lines within five feet of the building footprint.
