Kenton County Airport Board: Demolition of Rental Car Facilities The Project consists of the following: The demolition of Building 34 (Budget Rent a Car Building), Building 36 (Alamo/National), Enterprise RAC Building (on Alamo/National Lot) and Support Building (Adjacent to Alamo/National). Demolition of three (3) canopies on these lots. [Building numbers presented on ALP]; Cutting/repair/patching of existing service, buildings, and site improvements to remain, and the restoration of all site areas affected by demolition and defined within the contract limits; Coordination and execution of all demolition/restoration activities including: a) Removal and legal disposal of hazardous material; b) Salvaging items for reuse or storage by Owner; c) Disconnecting, capping, sealing, abandoning in-place, removing or relocation of all public utilities including gas, electric, sewer, stormwater, and communications; and d) Conformance and implementation of all requirements dictated by federal, state and local authorities having jurisdiction.
