Jackson: KYTC - Jackson District 10 Office Demolition Breathitt.The Work consists of structural demolition and general construction, under a single general construction contract. Demolition consist of removal of all existing building materials for the existing D-10 Office building located behind the New D-10 Office building. Demolished building materials include but are not limited to existing below grade construction, floor slabs, structural steel systems, HVAC units and duct work, plumbing piping and fixtures, electrical wiring and lighting and all other building materials that make up the building construction. No materials will be salvaged. Upon completion of demolition a new parking lot, complete with new light poles and one new landscape island, will be constructed per the construction documents. The successful contractor will be responsible for coordination of capping, sealing and removing existing site utilities. Estimate: $521,475.00
