Frankfort: Demolition of CSMS Building. This project encompasses the clearing of an existing site in preparation of a future construction project. The scope of work includes demolition of a one-story load-bearing masonry structure originally built in the 1960’s previously used for maintenance and repair of military vehicles. There are also several smaller out-buildings that we need to be removed. In addition, demolition and removal of existing overhead and underground site utilities will be required. Estimate: $699,751.00.
