Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the demolition and disposal of buildings at the Osawatomie State Hospital. Project Scope: Contractor shall demolish the De Jong building located on the campus of Osawatomie State Hospital. If alternate one is included in the contract the West Pavilion building shall also be demolished. All labor and materials necessary for the proper demolition, disposal, and restoration of the grounds as indicated in the Contract Documents shall be included. A general summary of the work includes: • Demolish De Jong and West Pavilion buildings along with associated utilities and paved surfaces. • Create a building demolition waste disposal site at the designated location north of the campus. • Dispose of demolition waste at the designated waste disposal site. • Restore grounds at the site of the demolished buildings. • Closeout waste disposal site. • Repair paved surfaces affected by demolition activities
