Scope of work consists of the demolition of the existing office spaces on the thirty-eighth floor (38th floor) and construction of a new General Services Administration office space in the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building. This space includes private offices, open office space, break room, copy room, file room, and ancillary spaces.
