South Bend: DEMOLITION OF VACANT AND ABANDONED HOUSES, PHASE IX. Work includes the demolition of Vacant and Abandoned Houses in two (2) separate Divisions of 5 to 20 houses each. All houses are at various locations in South Bend, all more particularly described in the specifications prepared by the City of South Bend Department of Public Works. The houses are being demolished under an administrative action by the City’s Department of Code Enforcement and as such the City, reserves the right to adjust the number of houses to be demolished by providing written notice to the Contractor.
