Shelburn: Former Hagen Building Demolition project. The contract will consist of the following: Contractor shall demolish the existing former Hagen Manufacturing Building located at 3 North Railroad Street, Shelburn, IN 47879 (intersection of Railroad Street and Mill Street). The existing Puritan Club shall not be disturbed. Dust control shall be accomplished using continuous wetting as described in the specifications. All demolition debris shall be removed from the site and disposed of in accordance with the specifications, as well as all state and federal regulations. The foundation shall be removed as specified and backfilled with engineered fill which will be completed and brought even to surrounding grade. All disturbed surfaces shall be restored with topsoil and seeding. Portions of the existing building consist of Asbestos Containing Materials, including the roofing system, floor tiles and sections of wall panels. All hazardous material waste abatement shall be completed by an approved and certified contractor.
