Building and site demolition, debris removal and site grade restoration of the Garrison Elementary School structure, drive, parking lots, sidewalks, curbs and adjacent site improvements. Proposals shall be for the base bid for the demolition and debris removal of the school building structure as well as for one or any combination of the alternates set forth in the Specifications that pertain to (i) removal of all paved surfaces at the site, the proper disposal of all debris and the restoration to grade of the subsurface as more specifically set forth in the Specifications and (ii) the alternates that identify the costs to abandon in place two underground fuel oil storage tanks or to remove such tanks in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, each as more specifically set forth in the Specifications.
