Muncie: Building Demolition - Ed’s Warehouse Building & Flea Market Buildings Demolition project.Contractor shall submit a lump sum bid for the demolition of the Ed’s Warehouse Building and the Flea Market Buildings. Contractor shall demolish the existing Ed’s Warehouse building located at 401 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Muncie, Indiana. Contractor shall also demolish the two existing Flea Market Buildingslocated at 1706 E Main Street. Dust control shall be accomplished using continuous wetting as described in the specifications. All demolition debris shall be removed from the site and disposed of in accordance with the specifications, as well as all state and federalregulations. The foundation shall be removed as specified and backfilled with engineered fill, which will be completed and brought even to surrounding grade. The Ed’s Warehouse site includes the installation of new sidewalk and curb along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. All disturbed surfaces shall be restored with topsoil and seeding unless otherwise noted
