The Base Bid Lump Sum Work includes: The construction of one (1) 100,000-gallon Multi-Legged Elevated Water Storage Tank and appurtenances including tank design, excavation, foundation, fabrication, erection, protective coatings, disinfection, placing the tank in service, site piping and appurtenances, tank mixing system, pressure transducer, relocation of existing control and telemetry equipment, electrical, fence, site restoration, erosion control, and other related work. The work also includes the demolition of one (1) 50,000-gallon multi-legged elevated water storage tank excluding foundation and demolition of the existing masonry wellhouse.
