The project involves the installation of all associated infrastructure including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, and new roads and alleys as well as modification of existing roads. This project will require demolition at the start of the project. The project will require erosion control to be established at the beginning and maintained throughout the construction. There will be landscaping and final plantings installed at the end of the project.
