Colorado St., Hobart 6169 E. 73rd Ave., Merrillville BID DOCUMENTS: You must submit a separate bid for each house. All demolitions must be completed within 30 days. Your bid must include: -All electric and gas service must be shut off and disconnected. - The house and all property must be completely demolished and removed; including all concrete, footings, foundations, sanitary sewers or septic systems, well or water lines and gas. - Driveways, stone, concrete or asphalt must be removed including fences, sheds, etc. - All holes and cavities must be filled with dirt, leveled and grass seed planted.
