Said removal of buildings, equipment and material shall be cleared off within (5) days from the date of the issuance of the demolition permit. Filling in of the property shall be done by filling in the excavation with clean sand only and topping the excavation with four (4) inches of black soil and seeding the same with a suitable grass seed or sod.
