Ball State University: Heat Plant Chimney Demolition. Scope of Work to include, but not limited to: Demolition of two (2) masonry chimneys (one 20 feet bottom diameter by 200 feet tall and the other 13 feet bottom diameter by 125 feet tall) on the north side of the Heat Plant and removal/disposal of all debris. Also includes removal of metal breeching associated with the chimneys and restoration of the building envelope after removal. Removal of breeching includes disposal of removed metal and providing temporary closure of the building envelope and protection of electrical apparatus during removal of chimney
