Attic: Perry Street Blight Elimination project. The work also includes demolition of the Attica Hotel, located at 126 N. Perry Street, Attica, IN 47918. The buildings located along the 200 block of S. Perry Street have adjoining walls and are still in operable condition. The Attica Hotel is partial collapsed on the west side (rear) of the structure. The contractor shall demolish the existing buildings, including removal and disposal in accordance with state and federal regulations. The foundations shall be removed to 24” below grade with the voids backfilled with granular material. The area shall be finished with a stone parking area and graded to drain away from nearby buildings. Work shall include all labor and materials to demolish and dispose of the building, concrete drives, concrete pads, sidewalks, piles of debris, tress, etc., including all erosion control, dust control, security, maintenance of traffic, site restoration, etc
