All adjacent roadways shall be protected from construction activities, including necessary signage for sidewalk closures. All materials removed shall be properly disposed of off-site in accordance with IEPA requirements, the contractor shall be responsible for dust control, and all applicable village ordinances shall remain in effect for this project, officially known as the VILLAGE OF CHATHAM, BUILDING DEMOLITION AND CLEARING- VILLAGE SQUARE, Chatham, Illinois.
