This project shall include the demolition and legally disposing of the existing buildings, foundations, concrete pavement and other unknown items located within the Feed Mill complex located at the Southwest corner of South 4th Street and Saint Mary's Road in Champaign, Illinois. The existing utilities shall be disconnected from the structures and removed back to their existing source. The existing weight scales shall be removed and relocated by the Owner. Adequate testing shall be conducted to determine the presence or lack thereof lead, lead based paint and/or asbestos. All soil exceeding the acceptable state levels of lead shall be removed and disposed in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. The site shall be restored to provide positive site drainage for potential future development.
