Peoria: RIVERFRONT VILLAGE DEMOLITION CONTRACT.The proposed improvement consists of the demolition of existing structures, installation of new drainage structures and sewers, new and expanded parking lots, a new access drive, sidewalks, grading, landscaping, lighting, and other work as shown in the plans and as directed by the City. Other work may include but not be limited to traffic and pedestrian control. Site restoration shall include topsoil placement, sodding and seeding, fertilizing, and mulching as shown on the plans and as directed by the City. Necessary adjustments, incidentals and appurtenant items shall be constructed as directed by the City.
