Georgetown-Ridge Farm CUSD #4: Demolition of Buildings at 400 W. West Street and at 401 S. Kennedy Drive Georgetown, Vermilion County. The one-story addition on the west side of the original building at 400 W. West Street is to remain in-place for use by the District. The demolition contractor shall be responsible for installing a temporary closure of the additions end wall common with the original building after demolition as part of this contract. A separate project involving abatement of asbestos-containing materials from these buildings will take place prior to demolition. Bids due 12/05
