Freeport Park District: Demolish an 8,500 sq. ft. building at Oakdale Nature Preserve Park. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK:1. Demolish and remove the entire building structure and contents including concrete floor,support piers, footings and adjacent sidewalks.2. Transport all materials to a proper disposal site.3. Backfill excavated areas with clean fill.4. Level and shape the disturbed area paying particular attention that the final grade directs the flow of surface run-off toward the south and west.5. Top disturbed areas with a minimum of 6” of black soil suitable for sustaining turf grass.6. Extraordinary care to be taken to not damage mature trees on the property.
