FRANKLIN PARK: BUILDING DEMOLITION, 9621 PACIFIC AVENUE, FRANKLIN PARK, IL The project consists of demolishing a 3,400 SF, one story brick building and the disposal of all demolished material. The work includes the removal of foundation walls, concrete slabs, including building floor slab, driveways, and sidewalks. Excavated areas are to be backfilled with non-structural soil and topped with 12” of topsoil and seed. The building contains asbestos material that will require removal and disposal by a qualified, licensed asbestos removal contractor. Refer to the accompanying asbestos report.
