FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF DUPAGE COUNTY: Environmental Remediation, Demolition & Restoration Services, Various District Properties. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Contractor to provide all labor, material and equipment for the following description of work (hereinafter the Work). (1) Removal and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials at various District properties as indicated in Section 00200 Scope of Work. (2) Removal and disposal of mold and moisture impacted building materials, cleaning and surface treatment of remaining finishing materials at the St. James Forest Preserve as indicated in Section 00200 Scope of Work. (3) Demolition of all structures located within the project areas at various District properties as indicated in Section 00200 Scope of Work. Included within the demolition scope of work is the hauling and disposal of all building materials, removal and off-Site disposal of specified trees and shrubs, and site grading per the project specifications, plans and regulatory requirements. (4) Restoration of the demolition project sites at various District properties as indicated in Section 00200 Scope of Work.
