Evergreen Park: Demolition 2942-2946 W. 95th Street. 1.0 Proposal - 1. Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, supervision, and insurance. 1.Demolish and legally dispose of two (2) masonry one (1) stoiy commercial structures located at the above referenced addresses. 1.3 All work to be completed in accordance with all applicable NESHAP, OSHA, US EPA, and local jurisdictional rules regulations pertaining to demolition. 2.0 Scope of Work- 2.Provide pre-demolition asbestos inspection, sampling, and laboratory PLM analysis in accordance with NESHAP 40 CFR61 subpart M, emission standard for demolition and renovation projects to determine the presences of asbestos containing building materials located within the structures to be demolished. 2.2 File notification of demolition and renovation with regulating agencies. 2.3 Acquire city of Cook County demolition permits. 2.4 Notify J.U.L.I.E. for underground utility locations. 2.5 Install temporary security fence with wind screen in accordance with village ordinance. 2.6 Coordinate utility cut-offs, i.e., electricity, natural gas, telephone, cable. 2.7 Demolish and remove two (2) one (1) story masonry commercial structures. 2.8 Remove concrete slabs, foundations, and footings.* 2.9 * South foundation walls may be left in place to prevent undermining public sidewalk along 95th Street. 2.10 Transport all debris generated by demolition to legal disposal facilities. 2.11 Transport all recyclable materials to processing facilities. 2.12 Place brickbat into basement of the 2946 building. 2.13 Backfill basement excavation and foundation trenches with fill provided by Evergreen Park Public Works. 2.14 Rough grade to meet surrounding asphalt pavement 2.15 All salvage shall become the property of contractor.
