Demolition of 22 Properties. 1.Demolition and removal of buildings and structures on named addresses including foundation walls, columns, floors, piers and partitions; 2.Removal of concrete brick, stone, or wood, driveways, trees (unless otherwise noted), stumps, retaining walls, and stoops, foundation and basement; 3.Removal and proper disposal or recycling of all wastes (household hazardous wastes, hazardous wastes; special wastes, non-hazardous wastes; and demolition wastes); 4.Site shall be brought up to grade with suitable clean material and final graded with top soil and seeded; 5.Removal of all fences, posts, signs, debris, trash, refuse lying on the parcel, and all other incidentals and collateral work necessary to complete the removal of building or buildings, leveling of the site as herein specified.
