Contractors desiring to bid on the next round of Bristol Place demolitions must submit their application for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool to the City of Champaign, Neighborhood Services Department (102 North Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820) All contractors that meet the requirements and are approved for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool will be invited to bid on the upcoming Bristol Place demolitions. The City estimates three bid packages will be available to those approved in the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool on or about August 24, 2015.
