The National Guard Bureau anticipates soliciting an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Facility and Grounds Maintenance and Minor Construction Support for the Army National Guard Readiness Center (ARNGRC), located at 111 South Georg e Mason Drive, Arlington, VA, 22204. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 31 October 2007. The Contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide the following: management, service call su pport, recurring appliance and preventative building and grounds maintenance, facility operations support, and renovation and rehab of real property work under $150K for all facilities and grounds located at the ARNGRC Site. This solicitation is expected to have Firm Fixed-Priced (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) CLINs. The appropriate NAICS code is for this requirement is 561210 - Facilities Support Services. The size standard for this NAICS Code is $32.5M. A small business subcontracting plan will be required for offers submitted by large businesses. The duration of this contract is one base year with four one-year options. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The pre-solicitation notice, the solicitation, and all amendments w ill be made available to all interested parties. Offerors will be required to submit a Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (performance matrix) and a draft Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) as part of their proposal. Additional information will be provided when the solicitation is released. No telephone, facsimile or written request will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently f or any updates/amendments to any and all documents. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be conducted. This requirement will be awarded based upon Best Value determination.
