The project will demolish, remove and dispose of the existing 20 feet by 75 feet 70,000 gallon concrete cistern, the existing pump house building including the structure, footings, mechanical & electrical equipment and associated appurtenances. The project will also remove and dispose of one large tree on the south property line and all above and below ground yard piping on the site identified to be removed. Site restoration includes fencing improvements, importing, backfill, and compacting of the cistern and pump house areas and rough grading to match existing ground levels.
