The goal of this project is to remove the whole building leaving nothing left than water or sewer pipes out of the ground. The awarded contract must be bonded and insured to take the building down. They must use the proper handling methods if they run into asbestos or lead and contain it properly. Requirements:• Vendor shall remove old Potlatch building @ approximate legal coordinates: 465140.1N 1162352.1W • It is vendors responsibility to be familiar with removal and disposal of containments and to use proper procedures. The containments which could be lead - asbestos - and etc....• Vendor must remove the whole building leaving nothing behind but the pipes sticking out of the ground. It can be removed whole or piece by piece.• The sewer pipe needs to be sealed before the start of the removal. This is to insure no foreign objects drop down while removing the building.Vendor must be bonded and insured.• If any accidents occur at the site of location when starting to end of removing the building it will be sole responsibility of the contract bidder that won - the contract.• City of Bovill will be held harmless for any health issues if caused by removing the building.• Vendor must complete the removal of the building by September 15th 2020.
