Benewah: SH-3 ST JOE RIVER BR, ST MARIES AND SH-3 ST MARIES RR BR. Replacement of existing structurally deficient and substandard bridges with new structures that will meet current loading criteria, geometric standards, as well as pedestrian and ADA requirements. Work will also include roadway reconstruction and shoulder widening at the north and south ends of the bridges, along with driveway and approach work, as necessary and appropriate, to provide proper tie-in. Work also will include part, or all of the Railroad Ave ramp, to the limits determined prior to the work commencing
