University of Iowa: RAZE HENRY SABIN SCHOOL. The project consists of, but is not limited to, complete demolition and removal of the former Henry Sabin School and selective salvage of historically prevalent materials as prescribed by FEMA’s MOA. Work includes excavation and backfill required to disconnect and remove existing utilities and foundations from the site. Work will also include demolition of site paving and site features, tree removal, erosion control, fencing and traffic control, grading and surface restoration.
