Cedar Rapids: Demolition Services for Flood Damaged Commercial Structures. Scope of Work: The Work to be performed under this Project is to provide demolition services for approximately nineteen (19) flood-damaged commercial parcels which include the demolition of approximately fifteen (15) commercial structures and fourteen (14) parking lot areas as listed on Attachment I. The number of parcels to be completed shall be no less than four (4) per week barring any unforeseen weather conditions for circumstances outside of CONTRACTOR'S control. The structures will be assigned at the direction of the City's Project Manager.
