Ames: Demolition and disposal of the Industrial Education II Building, as part of the Biosciences Facilities-Advanced Teaching and Research Building (ATRB) project. This project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition and de-construction of the Industrial Education II Building. This will consist of the complete removal of the entire facility, including all adjacent exterior ramps, walks, drives, the total building above ground, below grade footings and foundation walls as encountered during demolition and all below grade utilities or other improvements within the confines of building encountered during the demolition work. The project also includes utility abandonment, utility demolition, tunnel removal, pavement and sidewalk removal, tree stump removal, earth excavation and earth grading as necessary.
